UV Damage?

Hey,

My Lowryder plant is in a clear cup that is blue, so it has a blue tint to it. From this will it get UV Damage?

He meant the roots. The roots hate UV.

The roots hate light of any kind,
best to ditch the clear cups before the roots hit the sides.
