I thought you had some high end strains in mind. I thought I had some high end quality and not so main stream females.

the high end strains would be ograskal seeds cali connection seeds and elite genetics all based in california. they work with clone only strains either using backcrossing to make male/females very close to the original clone or simply selfing to produce s-1's or fem clone crosses. go to thcfarmer the seed companies i mentioned are on there and list there seeds. there is also an elite genetics thread here on riu you can look at there seed choices. i would assume these 3 seedbanks ship everywhere but i dont know. i get there seeds locally so have not needed to order online.

word!!.... cali connection has fire and for $45 a pack cant go wrong:hump: Im running a Chem-D mom and have some Tahoe og and SFV og seedlings going right now. good Germ rate on Tahoe and SFV.... 10 of the 13 Tahoe beans germed thrown straight into light warrior and 10/10 of the SFV popped.screw germing them if the beans are mature Fox farm light warrior gets it started. :joint:

yeah i won a tahoe og mom in a 4/20 raffle gonna pick it up soon swerve(cali connection) said it was a cut from the original clone. riu is my favorite site overall but thc farmer is great for strain reviews breeding info and getting and finding good seeds there are also alot of cali growers and breeders on there. also you can speak directly to the breeders and get questions answered about your favorite strains.

every one started with the same genetics,they have been all re bred,back crossed,re crossed,reworked,but nothing is new.just the names.it is not like someone is finding some long lost plant in some far away jungle passed on from the tribes elder 3000 years ago and then smuggled into north America.try breeding some plants you will find everything under the sun,you will even find a clone that knocks your socks off,but breed into it and its becomes nothing special.i think the fun is in breeding,i remember a strain i think fdd grew called jacks surprise,i think that is fitting for a lot of seeds made at home.that is the surprise of breeding 2 strains you like.im breeding 4 strains i like into each other a real soup,but you always find a winner,it just takes time and money,you dont get rich just poor.

I have always been a fan of Trainwreck or Jack Herer just cuz they have always been good with me and sex heh greaaaat experiences; but then again its sex, feels good either ways...ha

if you crossed trainwreck with jack herer crossed with chemdawg crossed with sour diesal crossed with grand daddy purple crossed with purple erkle crossed with og kush and then smoked a spliff you would be making porno movies lol.then sell the clone only for about 10,000 and make money haveing sex.but if you cross skunk#1 with northern lights#5 you wont be haveing much sex,if all the hype is real.

Strain names are interesting!

Most important is genetic quality and a trustworthy seed breeder/seller.

I have had very good experience with Mandala seeds! Reliable, Quick and Honest!

And they sell other breeders seeds also. Thier online shop will be closed down until January 2010 but they have links to other sellers listed. Warning though! I had a VERY bad experience with Dr. Chronic - I did not get ANY seeds I payed for and they don't seem to give a damn about even contacting me or answering emails. Maybe I just had back luck and my order went to a person in a BAD mood? I was always courtious in my emails to them but still no seeds.

top strains available online changes almost monthly..they are NOT the strains that have been available for many years but new creations made from rare CLONE ONLIES,with the exception of the original nevilles haze as that is the chron but takes 18-20 weeks to flower to

I think this statement doesn't just apply for Cali.. but I do agree with you.

We (I live in New England) have a local strain (grown in MA and NH) called "Jerry Berry", and it seems to pick up a nicer trait every year.

oh of course there are breeders and growers creating or optimizing strains all the time but its just easier in cali not to say great strains dont come out of other locales:peace:
