Just a heads up......
I ordered my Deluxe system on April 11. Obviously, if it had arrived by now, I would be posting a grow journal.
They billed my credit card on 04/11.
When I called on 04/14 and asked for a tracking number I was told that there was a delay, they were waiting for net pots. I was told that they would ship that day or the following day.
I called again today (04/20)for a tracking number and was given one. However, Fedex says that that number has not been shipped yet and is therefore not in the system.
Again, they gladly took my money and don't seem to care if they ship in a timely matter. Very Unprofessional IMHO.
It would seem that if they were going to take your money and there was a delay, that they would email to let the customer know. I also have a retail/internet business. It is bad business ethic to charge before an item is shipped or at least let the customer know that there is a back order.
Very frustrating!!

Edit: My order was shipped yesterday, AFTER I called and asked for a tracking number. Again, they could have told me that it was shipping later yesterday. Instead they made me believe that it had already been shipped. I hope I don't need any further customer service from Stealth Hydro, as it seems to be fair at best.
