A bit to early to tell bro, how old is it? Is it an auto flowering strain? U can usually tell the sex of a plant during the first 2 weeks of flowering.

age probley 6 weeks old lol this is pic b4 it got better
stunted grow killed like 4 sets of leaves but keeps growing new leaves

LoL two normal house lights sometimes one <> about 16 hours on a day of light + Rain water<>its in like a 3 litre plant pot with no holes

I found this seed in a fifty bag i Brought Good stuff dont know what it is<>Its like 3+ inch buds is all remember

I assume u mean 2 CFL's, what sort of wattage u using? I don't really use CFL's myself, but have seen some results that have impressed me.
R u gonna use nutrients at all?
I suggest u use some nutrients, even something basic if you're on a budget.
U need holes in the bottom of the pot! How else will the water drain? Not a good idea, u need drainage holes bro!!

holes allow the excess water to drain out of the pot, vey important.

Get that plant on some cfl at least, 6500k and a 3500k, thats what i got done

They provide drainage so there isn't a build up of water & nutrients in the soil, they also aerate they soil to provide better root growth.
