thanks for the reply,do you know what the back ground of the strains are,i grew some white rino outside it did ok but mold at end, then i did some jack frost, couldnt handle the cold, then i did some strains a guy bred in manitoba, they performed like a rock star believe they had long island shunk with a few other things in it.i was thinking a jacks cleaner cutting might be ok for were we are, what was the initial strain that you started with, and how does your stuff smoke out is it more indica or sativa, the stuff i got before was sativa and lemony flavor.i really need to bye seeds now because we need to be in the ground soon and still have to seperate females from males, cuttings are what i really need but like i said bandits trashed his place.thanks madcow.

I don't know much about the two strains,i just got lucky with some bag seed.I can tell you there both heavy indica and one strain is completely purple,it dose really well.they do well even in the frost as long as there covered till the sun hits them.I'm trying kush this summer(once again got lucky with a bag seed this time from a bag of kush)I plan on crossing pollen from the purple indica with the kush, then who knows what next year!!I have a bunch of pollen from a purple hermi,if i use this pollen all the seeds will be hermi right?....i cant believe im hoping for a male lol :)

they wont all be hermies but being outside will offer enough stress for all to hermie even sturdy genetics hermie up here.i have 3 strains with purple indica in them, god bud, black velvet and manitoba purple, the manitoba purple are 7 year old seeds so not sure.maybe i will try a grapefruit kush x god bud maybe they work well,i just find the tight indica buds mold when it gets cold and damp in fall, but beggers cant be choosers.

Try sweet tooth. Its a quick finishing outdoor plant that does very very well in Canada and northern USA

I think thiers a strain called rambo that does pretty well but there are many others. Im interested too because my dad owns a house 140 miles south of winnipeg in north dakota. I was wondering what strain you would use out there as well. I think frost comes in late september.

i just got given to me some Manitoba magic and Manitoba giant,i have pics of Manitoba giant grown in central Manitoba and they are huge but the bud is not that potent,i am not a cash cropper so they have no use to me i don't need to kill my lungs to get medicated.i am thinking that picture of jacks cleaner outdoor is a greenhouse in sask or man, canada, and it looks alot like the stuff with island sweet skunk i grew last year that left me in awe.the sweet tooth will it not collect a lot of moisture from its bud structure, but if they grow it in BC then it must be some what mold resistant.any one hear about manitoba magic,i think it might of been an emery strain.
