Can I tell sex before putting in 12/12 light!!!

I have a few female white widows and they look as they have female hairs on them!! can that happen its about 1 foot in size!! I have another looks the same but its not a white widow just a unknown seed!! But looks like the same hairs 2 little white hairs!!

Of course you can. It always always happens to my ak-47's and Jack Herer's. They for some reason always show preflowers at 4 weeks.

Alternating nodes however is another story. I have yet to veg long enough (I only veg for 4/5 weeks) to see alternating nodes, which is the other sign of sexual maturity.

Congrats on the females! Yes, many strains will show sex before 12/12. I am growing Nirvana WW, and out of 5 planted, 2 have already shown female sex in veg.

Nice!!! Thanks This is my 1st true grow all is going great!! I am going to try to post pic's later when I get my Cam!! But I have a few different plants growing 2 white widow females! 1 Auto Blueberry not sure on the sex yet! Have a auto ak47 going and a auto ak47/blueberry going not sure on there sex yet!! Then I have a toraBora female going! And 3 other unknown seeds! so in truth I guess sofar I have 4 females going forgot about the tora bora female!!

yup some will show early especially if lighting is inadequate. You can also pull an early clone root it and force it after root into 12/12 while the other plant continues to veg so you dont wast time. The clone will show in a few days its sex and then you know the plant it came is male or female

And the lesson here is...grow clones it save so much timwe money and effort..get a girl and clone that bitch
