Phoenix more so than florida though.
Idk what I'd do without shades I got some hella sensitive eyes half the time when im outside I can't even open them without shades on haha

haha, hell ya bro, arizona is bright as hell, all that fucking sand!! it's close though, out in the gulf, it's bright as hell bouncin off that water with no clouds...i'm with ya, i go outside without my shades i'm squintin like a bitch...gotta have em

Cant say im from a warm place like arizona, but in the winter up here its so fucking bright out. If the snow is fresh you can barely open your eyes. Always rocking shades in the winter haha.

Now THIS is something I'm gonna have to try! ... It'll take some doin', as I'm usually up and about at night, but damn... I'd definitely go to some trouble to try this method.

I recommend this to hikers/campers. it's by far the most awesome method for the outdoors person.
I mean, you can smoke in the fuckin wind! that's by far the best thing for me. I'm so good at it now I can smoke deep bowls without even seeing the dot haha.
I was trying to teach my buddy how to use a magnifying glass and he couldn't understand it for the life of him. took him about 15 mins to finally hit it without my help haha.
it's awesome, you can do it pretty much from sunrise to sunset. I don't know about middle of the night . . . . I'd be intensely surprised if you could. as far as I know the moonlight is only like .5 lumens per square foot so that's not really enough to catch fire (if you meant literally smoking in the middle of the night.)
anyways, I love solar rips. seems like they taste good all the way to the end of the bowl.

i dont understand the need for sunglasses. i dont remember encountering any problems, but then again it's been a few years for me.
I like solar's because I can drive my truck out into the middle of nowhere and sit out in the back and toke.

yeah i agree Pop!! it really rules for outside activity..nothing better than being on a boat fishing and busting the solar tokes out...and motor, you don't need sunglasses when doin it, i just prefer it cause when i'm looking at the bowl to light it, i don't like staring at a concentrated beam of sun, gotta be bad for the eyes! have a great weekend and get out there and roast a bowl with the sun! peace

So the other day I'm outside louping my buds before harvest and I put the loupe down on my pants as I crouched. About 10 seconds later I feel a SEARING pain in my thigh. By the time I figured out what was happening i burned a black mark in my pants. Burned the heck out of me. 
Solar rips are kewl until you are completely baked...then I'd suggest going with the lighter.

Heh, when I was 16 i was tokin with some friends on the way to Burger King. I get in line (we all reeked) and I'm just yah know....wasted. The manager all of a sudden YELLS... YOU'RE ON FIRE!! He throws a big cup of water on me.....
