noob cup SOG

I started on 420. Im using about 250W of CFL. 10- 13w and 5- 23W 6500K for veg and on my almost done plant shes got 3- 23W 2700K. I want to keep them in the cups but im not sure when to start flowering. I was gonna wait till they were about 6". right now the tallest one is 4" and theyve been vegging for a month. im gonna keep this updated every couple of days. Comments greatly appreciated :peace:

some of the plants started out growing retarded and i had to get rid of some that had stopped growing. Theres one that grew retarded and it split at the first node. its like it was topped

looking good,my last grow was some clones in a SOG with cups for pots. I used a 150 HPS (the bulbs old so the output was probably more like a new 100 watts) Turned out nice, I think that's going to be my new style as I don't need a lot of weed but love variety.
I'd start flowering now.
Don't know when you should cut your big one. If your camera has good closeup ability you can sometimes make out trichome color from a picture.

yea i had a sony cybershot w50 and the macro on that camera was ridiculous.
here is a pic that i took with that camera.

but now i got a W150 and its got a bigger lense =( better for wide angle shots but not for super extreme closeups. it works good tho. thats what i took the budshot with. yea i think im gonna change the cycle this weekend. bongsmilie

Sorry to hijack but you dont need a fancy camera, I gots a gun scope I didnt like (dropped it, and wouldnt site in) and just used the eye piece :D Doesnt take photos...

As far as my babies, i flushed the one and tomorrow the lights go back on for the others. i'll post some new pics in a few days when something exciting happens lol. i think some might be getting rootbound already. Are they still going to double in size?

yea there showing a little nute burn cuz i started giving them some MG bloom nutes, so this time i just used tap water. Not sure the PH cuz i dont have a tester. they are definitely still growing though.

Lol to be honest I havent even counted. I had a few more but they didnt make it. Im guessing a little over 20. I just started flowering them on monday so there not showing sex yet. Oh and they have already doubled in size! Not really anymore nodes, just more like stretching. Well heres a photo update.

here's an update of my babies. i borrowed a 7X magnifier from a friend for a better closeup on the trichs. so far there all clear. When should they start turning amber and how long does it usually take for it to be ripe once that starts happening? oh there is also some pink mold shit growing on the cola bud. that shit is everywhere and i dont know how to get rid of it.

Unfortunately on the SOG i found some males. Im down to only 12 plants :bigjoint:
I started doing some LST to a few cuz they were getting taller than whats allowed in my box. I had no idea they would get this tall! they were only like 4-6 inches when i started to flower and now some are up to 18" or more. I love weed plants :eyesmoke:
