no i didnt say that,i said it was in the mint&spice section of my local supermarket its sold in a plastic packet and its just leaves and it says salvia on it,my mum uses it often for cooking and such

I'm not sure about it being the same salvia to smoke, but if you can buy it at convenience stores, why not supermarkets? And its a plant so why not lol.

IMO anything above ~20x is bullshit and a waste of your money.. Salvia divinorum is reverse tolerant = the more times you smoke it/ingest it, the less you will need (this is especially true if done in consecutive trips). So what is the point of buying 60x for a million dollars when you can buy 20x and just smoke it twice in a row? Generally speaking, most places aren't reputable and their "60, 80, 1,000,000x SALVIA!!" are just 20x relabeled.

Make sure when you buy salvia it says STANDARDIZED (non-standardized is also offered, but it is a complete scam and will do absolutely nada). I would recommend finding a tincture, or going to:
