Mossy soil ..

Whell I have few plants and the soil around them is covered with green moss...somewhere in the forum some say it`s no good cause it can attract larvaes or worms ..and they will eat the roots of my buds ...but there is no any worms or larves-I`ve checked ...Maybe because the soil there is wet most of the time ...it attracts some mossy stuff ...
they are in their second week and they got their first leaves.
Hope this moss is not harmful..

i doubt moss is going to hurt them,or anything in it,ive never worried about it. but it sounds like the spot may not be any good for plants anyway if its wet and mossy it may not be getting enough light, how many hours of direct sunlight does it get?

It`s at open field surrounded by woods there is no plants or woods casting shadows around them so they get sunlight most of the day .. the soil is wet cause there is а small lake near the place I guess ...I`ve never used to grow on soil covered with green moss.
