smallest flowering from seed plants ever

first off i want to start by saying that these three (or maybe two) teenie tiny flowering plants are three of the remaining plants from this thread

https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/175353-really-really-slow-going.html

the ones i transplanted grew into dudes and really pissed me off. there were three other plants that i never did anything with but leave them on my cold cement garage floor for i would say about six weeks(which was under 12-12 lighting). these one inch plants did absolutely nothing for quite some time and a week ago i decided to try an experiment. i literally pulled these one inch plants by the stem out of two gallon pots they were oddly enough rootbound in, effectively tearing off roughly 80-90 percent of each plants root structure in a matter of seconds, i then put all three of these plants in a 3 gallon pot with much better soil that was enriched with fox farm nuets. after a week these plants have actually gotten over the shock of losing most of their roots and two of the three have shown their sex to be female. not only have they shown their sex, these plants have each shot out at least a dozen hairs each from what seems like nowhere, i think the calyxes are too small to see. these plants have also had no new leaf growth since they were re-potted either.
so i have the family pulling into town any minute now so i dont have time to post pics, ill do it on sunday most likely but i havent covered near everything about these little girls yet so if anyone else finds this as interesting as i do feel free to ask questions. i might start a journal with this but it depends on how many people are interested

actually these plants got a fair amount of light i think they didnt like the mg soil i put them in at first and stopped growing upward or outward, the root structure of these plants was quite large which im pretty sure is why they survived losing such a large portion of it.
@panama - ya northern idaho has a pretty cold climate to be planting outdoors, me and a bunch of buddies took a trip over to the jerri johnson hot springs over there bout 40 miles west of the montana border and there was still snow piled on the road that was to the top of the highway signs in some spots.
