The fact that he didnt have a viable answer for any questions asked. The defeated head bow, eyes off of speaker, the defeated tone in his "maybe" at the end of the questioning were all solid ques to me. That was a VERY lopsided exchange.

I would like to see the whole hearing - but I cant find it online.

That is why I want to see the whole hearing. I want to see what came immediately before and immediately after that exchange. I know that the FBI Director had a hearing about Gitmo torture the same day that clip is from and he is wearing the same tie in both clips. So it could very well be a blindside - point being though that his answers to those questions will not differ with preperation - he may be able to jazz them up a little - but 0 deaths from an OD and the gateway theory are hard to jazz up.

the point is is it's being discussed. this is a HUGE step. you all are getting lost in the fog. cheer the fact that the questions were even brought up in the first place. no need to hate they guy for stumbling. it looks better to be a lover of good news then a hater of ones errors. i feel.
