Rez Help ASAP! Please!!!

Have to be gone for extended time. Need to have some device to fill rez if it get low for the last few days I will be away. What would be the best way??? Thought of a second rez with pump and some sort of limiter switch that would tell the water level in the rez and if it got low turn on the pump in the second rez to refill it? Please Help as I will be losing a big crop... Thanks....kiss-ass

Yea, like a toilet, for sure. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Having a floating device which controls the flow.

a float valve is the only answer, if you rigged up some kind of 7 day timer, the timer cant tell your water level, you dont want to come home to a flood do you? float valve hooked up to a water supply is the only way to go

Sort of the question aint it??! I know there is some sort of float valve out there but that like I said does not give me much help. I mean I am looking to set a tub with extra water next to the main rez then hopefully place a "float valve" into the main rez and if it gets low have it where the pump in the other rez comes on to refill up to the point of shut off hopfully determined by the float valve as well? So any words of wisdom on where to buy such a thing or if my idea holds water,? get it, holds water, hehehehe hahaha.. Not that funny I know so more advice please.... Thanks...

There are plenty of threads on here that show how to set up a res like you are wanting to do . Go to the forum and look for it ! If not there are plenty of hydro shops on the internet that will sell you one thats ready to go .

What is that?? I don't need people telling me that somewhere over the rainbow I shall find. I need to know what it is???? I don't need more buckets I need some sort of water level switch and no one has told me what kind or where one is or what it is exactly does that clear it up. Dont want to buy a whole other system either so help !!!:hump:

Another little girl heard from. I must say that I asked a perfectly legitimate question and got bs from the likes of you and personally I could care less if you help me or not. It is just more interesting now to see how girls like you react when given even a little grief for making stupid comments and or giving useless advice.
