2 x 400w hps

So, I have an outdoor, and an indoor cfl grow under my belt, and I think I'm ready to upgrade my indoor system.

How many plants could I grow, with either a 2x400w mh/hps system, or a 1000w hps setup?

I wasnt planning on scrog or anything, just you know, plants in their pots.
