Yea I follow around all your grows checkin out all the different situations you guys keep putting yourselves into... adding lights, needing ventilation, heat, humidity shit bros you all have quite the grow faq accumulating daily. Im a simple kind of grower just want a few plants turned trees... I dont need much more qty than that. but watching your guys big stuff is almost as addicting as my own grow. something new between you guys everyday. anyways hopefully you drop a few pics right before you chop her up.

we'll im glad you keep up with things... and that we can help out where we can... thats one of the biggest reasons i come on here and update so much.. just to help out...

i know what you mean when you say watching our grows are addicting.. i feel that way about all the grows i follow.. if they are updated and good its like being there and watching...

and i plant on taking a TON of pics... i am going to take pics from each side of the pots before, trim down the big fan leaves, and take pics then.. take pics of my hash trimings.. take pics of them hanging.. gonna be nice and detailed...

some interesting reading for sure..im tryn to figure out which way im going to roll on my new project...so many ways to potentially cool a large system..chiller...portable a/c and a combo of exhaust and intake...or split a/c...just tryn to pull more info for my knowledge base...hehe...or wuts left of it after that....R...I...P

i really dont know how you should go on the next run... pros and cons no matter which way you go... portable a/c can always be put where its needed the most.. but you have to worry bout ducting.... a/cs and shit are stuck where you put them... chillers seem to work well... but you have to have dehumidifiers and thats just another thing to check and empty.. not to mention the price tag on those chillers... a/cs just put off way too much heat unless you want to build false walls and shit to contain heat... id say if you have the cash and want to go with the chiller... if not the poratable a/c cause you can move it whereever.. btw did you ever get your stork bundle??

Sorry for taking a few days to answer. My secretary (that's me-His maid cum typist girlfriend) has been busy.

Anyway, I have 2x 150W MH flood lights and I am looking a 400 or 600W HPS for flowering but I have started flowering with MH starting last Monday (6 days).

I have 6 sativas (bag seed). I put them into flowering when they were only 11 inches, because I am only looking for female. And when I find it, I will go from there because I don't wanna waste time & money.

I will still be looking in the shadows because in this area of the world, they hang you for this. And I am not joking about that. It would be nice to know what you could do with seeds from here.

So how long is it gonna take until you're up to 4000W?

Sorry I forgot to mention this, I did have to get a split air-cond for the growing room I have because the humidity & temperature is about 90% & 90F day and night.

when in doubt always go with a bigger light.. as long as you can vent it... unless you want to be cool like us and have heat problems and shit to bitch about.. it really does depend on your heat issues that will arise.. you know you can handle a 400w with no prob.. can you do a 600??

definatly understand about not wanting to waste time.. but just a little piece of advice.. wait until the plant has reached maturity vs a certain height... you will get a better yield and better buds that way.. you will still get DAMN good bud from your plants as well as a good yield.. dont get me wrong... but letting the plant reach its full maturity will add a lot to them.... just for future reference...

if all goes right i will have my 4000w setup about4 weeks from now.. and be flowering in it in about 5 to 6 weeks from now... basically just have to get through this harvest and have the $ to do so...4000w in a 63 sq/ft room... itll be crazy shit... as long as i can control heat....

I agree with the maturity vs yield....I have 3 plants 1 the mom the other 2 came from....I was using bending and topping to control the plant height. All the plants are the same in height but the older plant has more weight on it for sure. The official numbers will be in soon....

so nothing really new to report... the girls are still doing there thing... 11 days now i think!! cant get here fast enough... im thinking one or two of them will still be premature.. but we'll see.. and if they are a little premie it'll be ok.. just want this to be done and move onto the hydro and the BB and the MGS and whatever clones i end up getting.. plus it means huge expansions!

speaking of expanding is was gonna start a new thread for the new grow.. but i think i will hold off... i just want to be 100% without a doubt sure that i will have the $ for the lights before i start a new thread.. if i dont i can run on this one a while longer and the name will still be legit...

speaking of new grow i guess i can update the sprouts.. 4 of the 4 BB have germed now... and 5 of the 7 MGS have germed.. they are gonna have crazy root balls before i transplant them.. and im hoping the growth stays to a minumum.. i just dont want them to grow under bull shit t5's... i should just get some cfls and use them and say fuck the floros... but then again i have a shit load of t5 bulbs so i might as well just get new fixtures...

when i transplanted i washed the hydroton off in a my sink... made sure it was clean... poked drain holes in the bottom of the foam cups and marked them.. i then filled them about 1/3 full of hydroton, put the rockwool cube in the middle of the cup and held it in place, and backfilled the rest with more hydroton.. it amazed me how perfect they fit into the tray.. it was like it was meant to be..

oh and i also figured out my drying room problem.. because timing will work out right i plan on using the soon to be flowering room as a drying room.... i cant do anything to the room until i get the buds dried and get $ so theres no point in stressing about where im going to do it right now.. i think what i am going to do though is move my bedroom from upstairs to the downstairs and turn what would be my old bedroom into a drying room for future use...

first will be the transplannting of the rockwool cubes.. got that done... the first six are from last night before lights out... the next 4 are today when i turned the lights on... then will be some random porn..

your girls are coming along.. it might take them a little longer.. smaller lights usually call for longer flower periods... but it looks like the trichs are starting to turn milky? that usually means 3 weeks or less... it'll be a race to the finish for sure!! i cant wait...




so you guys want to all take guesses on final harvest sizes and large bud weight??

im saying 2 lbs... and a 32 gram bud...

im gonna guess 30 zips..two short of ur goal..since ur sayn u dont care if there a lil premature..with the biggest bud beein exactly 27.5 grams...lol. im gonna guess i get hmmm this is difficult...i wanna say 10 but thats dissappointing already..so ill say 16zips...and biggest bud has to be that big bud ...including entire branch 40grams

yeah.. they are sorta.. they are definatly using the light to its fullest... almost 1 plant per 1000ws.. they def arent being light starved at all... its sad tho they arent using reflectors for the lights... they def arent using the actual light itself to its full advantage though...

once i get my 1000w'rs i will only have, at most i imagine, 10 plants per harvest... maybe less... i just want to get HUGE buds they weight a ton.. save me a lot of trouble later down the road... so ill only have 2 plants per 1000w's myself... and i would prolly have fewer than that but in order to keep up with the 60 day cycle i want to run i wont be able to veg them long enough.. if i had the time though i would veg 4 girls out so just the 4 of them filled the flower room.. that would be nuts...
