Obviously, if it is his belief that everyone needs to revert to a sustainable form of living he and his ilk should go first by moving to the Patagonia region of Brazil, the Siberian Steppes, Northern Canada, the African Jungles or the Asian Jungles and following their own words.

If they are so hell bent on changing society they should start with themselves, because good leaders lead by example.

Well, I don't think there was any real disagreement other than whether or not there was prior examples of corporations being recognized as people/entities in the eyes of the law.

Of course the law is an artificial construct to begin with for the most part, and thus for the law to recognize and create the "legal" personification of a corporation before the law is really just a fictional entity recognizing another fictional entity.

Though I just thought of something disturbing and comical. A religious ceremony far (hopefully) far (prayfully) far in the future (if at all) where a bunch of neo-neanderthals are dancing around a giant Coca-Cola Can trying to invoke the God Coca-Cola to protect them from the Evil God Pepsi-Cola.

Well thanks for not choosing an example like ants which I know little about...The systematic over-fishing of every fishery with the exception (possibly) of the Alaskan Pollock fishery and cold water lobster and some crab species...and 2/3 aint even fish.

All this with gov. regulation. ALL fisheries are around the 50% of historical levels and many common market species are in far worse shape. Good news is, if you leave the fish alone, generally, they will recover. However all though this was thought to always work a notable exception is the gone and never to return Cod fishery on the East coast of the US. Here the size dependent predator prey relation ship between the Cod and Herring has been altered. Previously, large cod kept the large herring from eating all the baby cod. Now there are no more large cod to stop the herring from preying heavily on the baby cod.

The pressure has been too much for the species to recover to numbers high enough to protect the species from possible loss, much less commercial viability despite the closure of the fishery for over 10 years. Cod were once so numerous that it was inconceivable that the fishery would even decline, much less collapse.

It is true that humans would likely hunt other species to extinction if the lack of historical learning is continued. The root of this problem, and all others that plague humans is that there are just too damn many of us...we need volunteers to leave.
