Help me VENT!!!

It gets about 75 degrees outside where I live during the summer. So about 70 degrees indoor ambient.

Okay so I got a 6' by 4' by 8' setup (Dual 400W + 12 flowering ladies) in the corner of my room. I was thinking about getting a twin window fan: http://www.amazon.com/Honeywell-HW-628-Enviracaire-Twin-Window/dp/B0000CGQYA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1244363454&sr=8-1

To vent out my room. Now this twin fan can exhaust and intake at the same time.


The thing is, I was wondering how would I set up my air ducting...

I was thinking that I should attach the exhaust for the cooltubes on the one of the twin fans blowing outwards. I'm not sure of how to do the intake with cooltubes...



Anyway, I was wondering what was the best way to vent my grow room.

my buddy had 12 beautiful ladies under a 1000 watt hps and he thinks he should of had less plants. i think you dont have enough light for 12 ladies but i hope it works out for you

Yeah well, more plants --> SOG --> higher yield per year

I was wondering if I should use a separate fan for the cooltubes.. or if I could just use one blower for both the intake and the cooltubes.

Use a passive intake, it just needs to be a hole where air can get through and light cannot. This frees up your second fan to run the cooltube, which ideally should have it's own intake (also passive) but it's no biggy if that isn't easily workable. Your ambient temps aren't that high so you might be ok just intaking from the room, although it will make the cooltube run slightly warmer.
