If you grow indoors and keep your mouth shut what's the chances of getting caught? Let's say 3 plants and 300watts? Include first hand stories and lets hear some dos and donts.

High if you're stupid about it. No matter how safe you really think you are you ALWAYS are running the risk of getting caught. So just keep that in mind. If you mind your own business and pay your bills then you should be fine.

if nobody but you knows, and only you will ever see it (not a rented building, or no room mates), and you keep your mouth shut, and pay your bills on time, and have a good filter the chances are very slim.

Well you could stand in a cupboard in your house and ask yourself, ''How many times has a stranger been in this area ? if the answer is none ! thats a good place.
The number one reason for getting busted is you telling someone, if you want to keep a secret, dont tell anyone,
That means anyone, like nobody!!! not even your cat or dog.

I realize that. I was getting at weather he was going need to worry about heat, sound, smell, ect. Is it nosey neighbors, roommates, or parents. Like I said there are so many factors to consider.
