There is no need to turn your lights to 12/12. Just post a few pics when they have 6-7 nodes. It's really easy to see the sex.

Depends on many factors. Many MJ plants show preflowers after about 6 weeks so they are easy to sex, while others have to be in 12/12 for a week or 2 before they show. Still others will autoflower and go into flowering even under 24 hours of light per day. It really hasn't got much to do with size more to do with time and maturity.

There may very well be strains that you can tell the sex after 7 nodes, but in general this is not true.

i was growing a satori plant from a reguler seed and i couldent tell till it was in the flowering room for 2 or 3 weeks but if its a male it will get little saks or balls around the branches of the plant and dont confuse those with these things female plants get while there in flowering they look like a rose buds that havent flowed let
