Ontario seed bank in Toronto is one of the only (maybe the only?) brick and mortar seed retailers in the country, they sell alot of the major Canadian and Dutch breeders stuff.
Having said that, its probably cheeper to just make an order from the attitude or gypsy nirvana.

i believe there is 1 other in Niagara region however the name eludes me but spruce is right ontario doesnt have many look into the bc companies if u really wanna order canadian but i agree use attitude it is fater and more reliable

I know I'm not Canadian, but I do have a lot of Canadian grower friends and they report to me that most any walk-in location is generally way overpriced and plenty of times wont even carry the seeds that you end up wanting to order.
