Ok I have been doing some research and have found that some people will put thier plants into the 12/12 cycle at only about 3 weeks old?
Unfortunately for me, the forst 4 weeks of my plants life was sitting on a windowsil, so it is not as developed as what you would asume a 1 month old plant to be. and is unfortunately stretched also. How bad is the stretching?
currently it has been sitting in a wardrobe with 2 x 14w 2700k lightbulbs, these are all that I have right now unfortunately until the next grow at least. I know that these bulbs are the preference for the flowering process too.
I have put some pics up so you may see the plant, but what I am thinking is that starting the 12/12 cycle now is probably the best thing to do? I don't want to end up with a plant that is at all any higher than 4ft, 4ft is all the space I have.
It's a Skunk #1 plant if this makes any difference to the decision lol
From what I understand if I put it into flowering now it will push the plant to grow to a minimun height in a relatively short amount of time?
This is still my first grow so I just want to double/triple check everything I find out before I do it!
Just took some pictures, that clipper was purple 2 seconds ago!
