Really nice pics and plant.
Assuming the smoke's as good as it may be, I'd re-veg and clone that strain.
Huh? I just meant that I water when dry. That's it. Soil and water... I only thought it was natural because of this. I know now that using tap water or using CFL's is not a natural grow. My b.hey man .... nice pics .... plant is continuing to develop well.
I fully respect your thoughts about "natural" .... but the reality is the light is not natural, and neither is your water. You have growth expectations of the plant that are unnatural - under natural conditions you would not get the growth you seek. Limiting your "natural" to no so called unnatural feeding ..... is not natural for the circumstances you are growing under.
But I do understand your intent. From my perspective some assumptions are invalid.
In essence, I think Tahoe's intent was to say that however intriguing the idea of growing "naturally" may be, more than just the water may be in order here. As much as I would like to see this grow "au natural".......I also don't wish to see it be wasted.Huh? I just meant that I water when dry. That's it. Soil and water... I don't really know... During the first month of the grow I would cut the larger fan leaves all the way to the stalk to keep it from shading the plant... It would be way bushier than it is now had I not done that. I'm thinking that the reason my plant is using so much energy from the leaves it still has is because of the cutting the first month. I must have removed like 14 fan leaves or so over the course of that month, which obviously stored a lot of energy. Maybe doing this slowed the growth, maybe it's genetics... Who knows? I still can't believe that after all that, it wasn't stressed enough to turn male automatically. Just goes to show you that the plant is a super weed... Some random mid-grade bag seed is all it takes.that plant is beautiful, i'm wondering though how you managed to get it so nice and bushy. i would prefer my plant to be less tall, and have much more growth outwards like yours. what's the secret?
Well, I appreciate the info... You do know that this is just an experiment, right? If it dies before harvest time, then I guess it wasn't a success... However, if it lives and goes through all the motions, after the stress I caused the first month on purpose by cutting fan leaves off, then it's a success and I will be smoking that shit soon!!In essence, I think Tahoe's intent was to say that however intriguing the idea of growing "naturally" may be, more than just the water may be in order here. I don't know......I have never not used any single thing to aid MJ's growth. Granted, it's a weed and grows without the aid of man---"however"--nature also has a way of providing things that we can not mimic no matter how hard we try.
Neither fluorescent or HPS, MH, etc. can touch the SUN.....I don't care what any one tells you.
I would like to see you use some organics---that's natural. But this is just my personal opinion.
just don't take themall off at one time so it don't stress the plant.but yes taking those leaves off won't hurt anything...I don't really know... hey man .... no hidden meaning in my words .... sorry to give you a bad feeling. like babs helped me on ..... I only meant there is nutho organic about the grow when you are using lights and tap water. so the notion of an organic grow already does not exist. but I understand your thoughts and process. an experiment.
In my view just cuz the product says feeds for nine months .... under what conditions ? natural? your conditions are not natural. they are completely artifical.
Regardless, I have said it lots in this journal so far .... you've got a very nice plant that you have done some very good work with. My comment only relates to the colour and growth potential .... and I believe it is limited with not providing nutes beyond what the soil contains. No worries, Grow On .... its all good in the end. And if it ain't good yet. It ain't the end yet. Walk On!!~~~
Thanks bro! I will post some more pics tomorrow.really healthy....good grow
just give it some molasses then at least. it's all natural ...do it !! you need to give it a little something you'll get way more budI'm not going to feed it because I am growing all natural... I didn't know the hairs die and regrow... Interesting!!!

to use molasses mix 1 table spoon per gallon u can use it all the to the end even for flush...and no small pot doesn't always mean small plant u just have to feed right.
