Hello everyone, after months of research, and very limited funds, i have finally set up my closet grow.

Grow Tent - 36' X 20" X 60"
Sun Systems 250w MH/HPS
Homemade Aeroponics System
3 Larry OG
3 Bubba Kush

Well, cross your fingers.

Just made the nutes, and put them in.

3 lower are Bubba Kush, 3 top are the Larry OG.

My 4 mothers I've got going, top left: Green Crack, top right: The Diablo, bottom left: The Pure Kush, and finally, an 8 year old strain, cloned and mothered and cloned again of the OG Kush.(hopefully)

C/U of the mamas.

My tent, closed up and ready for action.

Well, wish your best for me, the middle bubba is already drooping a little, but it will come back I hope.

Keep you all updated...peacebongsmilie

bro you are doing it by the book it looks like. I like it nice and clean. the only thing i would change is to put a thermometer in there in your flower room, move your electric from in front of your flower room to the top or somewhere else. you will be bringing water in and moving the plants around and you wouldn't want to get water on the electric and blow the place up. also on your flower tent i saw a flap open. close that bad boy at night. looking good bro

I had a real big heat problem right now, 5 out of 6 plants are wilted from the heat. It got too hot in there last night, so I am going right to to go buy a portable a/c unit.I did put a therm in the closet, and it reads 90 right now:?, so I need the a/c unit. The surge strip, I place a big arse towel on it when I will change the water it only took a few minutes. Damn, I did a lot of research trying to get this down, and I didn't expect this much heat from a 250w light, but I was damn wrong. So, I am off to the store, to go get this very much needed item. I really thought my home a/c would help, but it doesn't, and it is like over a 100 here now, wheeew!

thanks again everyone, now we hope for the best.

Hey all, here is an update, 4 out of 5 plants came back strong. I added 2 gallons of PH'd H2o, so the bottoms of the rockwool was touching the top of the water. As soon as the nutes hit the roots, I could see a difference in 10 mins. 1 plants hasnt come back at all, even though all the others did. I wonder if it will. One of the other plants, the leaf was literally dry, i crushed it in my fingers and it turned to dust. But it came back, so i am hoping it does, but I am not optimistic the way it looks. I guess the real problem was the heat from the light, and the 100% lack of nutes, food, water anything to the plants roots.

So, does anyone have any advice for an aeroponics system?

thanks in advance...

I'll try to post some pics in a bit.

Here is some pics...

Here is droopy, the only one not making as fast asa the others, still can't imagine that all 6 looked like this.

The second Bubba

Bubba that was fimmed from a mother right before cloning.

This one has the crispy leaf, literally, it crushed in my fingers, but came back.

Another Larry OG Kush that was completely bent over.

This one drooped over, then came back all the way back up, weird looking vine bean stalk.

Full view on the 6.

Another shot of the 6.

What are your comments, and more to come.

Thanks for looking....

So here is an update...

I trimmed all the crispy dying leaves off of 4 of the plants that needed them. The 2 Bubba's came back right away and needed no assistance. The 3 top (O.G. KUSH) plants came back but took a little bit, the last Bubba took forever it seemed. I cut almost everything off and it came back so far and is starting to produce more leaves.

Here are some pics...wadda u guys think????

The Six-Pac Shot.

This is the one that I didn't think would come back. Took the leaves and now back to living.

The Bubba that came back within 30 mins of getting the nutes, from completely droopy, laying on
the res top. Nice recovery.

The other Bubba that came right back.

This O.G. Kush bean stalk was laying on the top too, but came back like squiggy.

And the last other, other O.G. coming back slow but coming back.

Finally, I have been looking around for a portable a/c unit,

and I found one for $65, it works pretty good, and cools my closet so that last incedent doesn't
happen again. The closet stays a constant 78, so I hope that is good.

I invite all advice or comments, and thanks for looking...bongsmilie

Since you got the temps down u should lower your light it looks way past a foot from the tops you dont want them to start strecthing.

Aaaah, thanks. It is a 250w, I am waiting on a 400w cooltube, but i will drop it tomorrow. Do you just keep raising it to stay around a foot above?

Also, It is an old sun systems with no vent holes for exhaust.

Dude, it's so easy to make a DWC, I made my system for $52 bucks.

Tub - $5
Air Pump $10
Tubing - $2
Connectors - $3
2 X Bubble Bars 14" - $12
6 Baskets - $7
1 bag hydroton - $14
I didnt' think it was going to work, but damn, roots growing outside the basket into the water soooo fast, and really white, just gotta watch the PH every day, it does change a bit. But now I got bugs, and had to spray a couple of different things, so we'll see tomorrow if they are gone. I have 4 mothers in soil, i like that medium for the mothers, and DWC for the others....:peace:

When in doubt, spray with a fine mist of water 2 or 3 times daily... works great for me. What a comeback; congrats!

I tried the misting thing, they would hide, and then come back, it didn't work, not even neem oil worked. i had to use this industrial strength shit.

Here are some pics of the survivors.

:spew:

hopefully they can all bounce back.Give it no nute then start at low dosages before you start going full strength with the nutes. They are survivors true indeed hopefully they become some good ones..
