What is up with that?Don't any republicons know that weed can be used for medicinal purposes? Or maybe faux news and limbaugh haven't told their sheep the truth about medical herb?

They were like the first state to criminalize it (FDR was the cocksucker, err governor)
Not sure what that has to do with red states and mmj but.... the blue states tend to have the bigger cities, the larger populations, and more / better infrastructure to maintain than the average red state like Oklahoma has. Most red states aren't doing that much better financially regardless.

It was rhetorical. Sure, Cali has a great law when it comes to MMJ, but it has 1,000 other things wrong with it to go along with it. What's your point? I'd venture to say that most people that smoke pot live in blue states. I really think it's just that simple.
Yeah he is a typical arrogant politician but hes still not half as bad as the last guy who had that job. Not all democrats are down with med pot but damn near everyone who's against it happens to be a republicon. When are some conservatives going to get on board with mmj? Which red state if any will be the first to have mmj?
Well, right now we are talking about the med pot, not the 1,000 other things. The point is that most conservatives are anti mmj and act like nazis with their moral majority bullshit.
I dont know about that... kind of like saying that California has the best herb. I've been to a few red states where I met a hell of a lot of weed smokers.

You see, the problem with lumping in Conservatives with Neo Cons and Republicans is that it's just wrong.
Like the Democrats the Republican party is a group of coalitions with various interests that coincide with the underlying idea of Less Government = Better Government.
Unlike the Democrats who have the underlying idea of More Government = Better Government amongst their coalitions.
Implying that Conservatives (true Conservatives) are against pot legalization is incorrect. I'm Conservative, far to the top right of the political chart (Minarchist) and I think that all drugs (not just Pot) should be legalized because the government should not dictate what people do to themselves, or with their money.
Of course, I also think abortion is wrong, but I'm not going to go and protest against abortion clinics. If people want to do wrong, then that is their business, not mine, not the government's.
Just to clarify, when I say conservative, Im talking about republicons, as in the folks who vote and think in lockstep with the republicon talking points of the day.
