Increase Mass 3 or 4 days before harvest

I once bought something from a hydro store that was said to increase help prevent weight lose during the drying stage.
I understand that there is a ethical question involved here and I am NOT interested in reading your ethical opinions, but feel free to post them anyways and bump my post J
I'll try to paint a better picture. This was definitely not a nutrient. In fact, I remember reading that it killed the plant, although I saw no sign of it when I harvested 3 days after administering as instructed.
My question is: IS there anything that can be giving to the plant at or near harvest that will increase the total weight after dried. Any little extras that will increase the weight that anyone knows of?

Short of adding crap to bump the weight (ie; sandblasting and the like) There is no such way to add weight to a dry bud. And you should be ashamed of yourself to be attempting such a thing if it's merely for profit.

a few days to a week before harvest u can add sugar to the water and it can increase bud size up to 20%

Mollasses if u add mollasses mixed with water this can put the weight on and fatten up ur buds. You can find mollasses in supermarket/grocery store, in the sugar and syrup aisle. It looks like a dark brown sugar. It's made from sugar cane and is really cheap.

Just sell it wet. Or let it dry and spray it with water. That's what every single dispensary appears to do around here. I haven't seen properly dried buds in a dispensary in a long time. They never give you truely "dry" shit.

Fibre glass is common, seen some nasty stuff.

Glue on the other hand, a lot of people don't know it is glue, but it is the stuff when your ash from the joint is hard. Cant smoke it in bongs to save your life, and it tastes like glue.

You Americans are lucky to get the quality you do. This is why I started growing. Plus the fact that £10 for 1.0g is becoming increasingly popular in my area.

It's one big joke round 'here'.

Not sure about straight sugar, but blackstrap molasses(unsulphated, very important) work wonders in the final weeks of flower while you are flushing.
