And whats the best way to change humidity in a small closet grow? A small humidifier or dehumidifier?
I just bought a cheap hydrometer which measures relative humidity for like 20 bucks so I figure I better know what I'm looking at.

Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated as usual. You will get +reps from me.

I think you might get a wide range of answers for optimum temps but I know for sure that in vegetative you want high humidity (above 40%) and for flowering you want low humidity (below 40%).

In my opinion I would never want the temp to go above 85F and a good range is between 78F-85F for optimum growth. At night you want the temps to drop a little but no more than 15F.

you should not need a humidifier unless you live in... like arizona, and you won't need a De-humidifier unless your in IDK... Seattle or maybe Louisiana or Florida.
If anything you want it less humid in flower to prevent any type of budrot or mold. I recommend 50% RH or less in flower.

Heh in Florida the A/c is always running so humditiy stays at a perfect range. I am 12 days into flowering and Right now mine is at 45%.

veg:
heat you want at about 70-85 degrees wit humidity at around 60%
flowering:
heat around 70 degrees and humidity at around 20-30% so no mold growth and etc can happen
