WTF! How do you really grow?

Ok i'm growing with this chick who thinks she knows everything about weed and....she never grew before! I've told her what to do and shes like thats fuckin wrong. Ok so how do you grow the fastest? I have been growing for a year and I've tryed growing with without water for 3 days and it always grows the fastest for me idk why but when I ( like every other stoner says) water them everyday I like to the soil moist insead of dumping a cup of water and drowing the plant. Is it possible to drown the plant? fuck idk even know anymore

Those who water everyday, unless the plants actually need it, probaly suffer from it. Roots need oxygen. You gotta let the soil dry between waterings. How much depends on many other factors: feeding schedule, strain and pheno, lights ect..... Hope this helps.

Very easy to drown a plant. Only water when the pot it's in feels light, this should be about 2x a week during veg and 3x a week in flower - however, if you have a very small pot for your plant you'll have to water more frequently.
On to more valuable advice... Don't grow with a chick, she'll rat your ass out after she gets caught (oh and she will) and the cops will be only too-happy to see it's a guy gettin the shaft.

What I would do was give the plants a good bit of water every 3 days. is that wrong?

Its only wrong if they do not need it. After you water the pots lift them and remember how heavy they feel. Then when you lift them again later, they should feel much lighter. Then water.
Or you can watch them close and wait for them wilt abit, then water. That should give you hint at how many days inbetween waterings. Just water one day sooner than it took them wilt. It wont stay the same through the entire grow but will give you some marks to go by.

Yea thats why i started to keep all the shit at her house. I dont touch shit nowadays exect what I smoke.:mrgreen:

I read that watering this way encourages the roots to seek out water creating a larger root system and in turn a larger top half of the plant. Well for soil anyway.

dude y don't u grow one and let ur girl do another ...say 50 - 50 of the total plants..that way u do ur share YOUR WAY and ..compare u know...who was right n all!!
