There is just a lot of thorn and nettle bushes. The patch where my plants are has just been dug up, it was originally also covered by thick brambles. The soil is just pretty average really. I'd say it has got quite a lot of clay content and I heard somewhere that it's a good thing.what are the bushes in the area and what kind of soil is there ? i live in ireland and was thinking of getting swiss cheese
like buddy said above, a good idea. you dont want a crop like that down a deer's mouth bro. Grab four 3' tall sticks, create a perimeter, buy some cheap chicken wire (shit ll cut ya up lol) and wrap er around the entire plot. Toss some slug repellent, deer repellent, and small critter repellent outside of this fenced in area and your royal. My 2 centsmaybe fence those in, animals love marijuana
That's cool and very wise of you just let nature take care of them and check them not to often.Ok I think I might give that a go then and top them, there is roughly 3 weeks until the start of flowering so is that enough time for the stem to split into 2 for the 2 main colas?
When I checked the biggest tallest one was a female
As much as I enjoy sharing the pictures with everyone on here, it is quite a trek to my plants and it's not on my land so I don't really like going there too often please understand, so the next time I'll upload some pictures is probably going to be after the fence has been built and the males have been removed. But stay tuned anyhow.
My outdoor is almost identical to yours; girls same size, and im at lat. 50 so should start flowering in a couple weeks as well. Maybe try LST...four days after the first low-stress training, each girl had at least one new main flower branch. With all that room for extra sunlight on yer patch it may be useful...Ok I think I might give that a go then and top them, there is roughly 3 weeks until the start of flowering so is that enough time for the stem to split into 2 for the 2 main colas?
Theres a lot of flies around, the exact same thing has been happening to me but its only really a problem when they are very small. They will start to flower properly in about 2 weeks from now.i've got a outdoor grow consisting of 11 durban poison and 2 cheese. i've found that in the past month something has been eating some of the plants.i hav spotted the odd small red spider and flies but cant understand how they've done so much damage.the damaged plants hav loads of small holes in the leaves, but every leave they've touched has the same pattern of damage. im growing in uk also and have 6ft and 4ft plants when will they start 2 flower? i will post pics l8r in week. thanks
Thats a good female to male ratio good luck hope all goes well and a 6fter already bet thats gonna be a good yielder.I have good news, there were only 5 males out of the 41 plants, 2 are still unconfirmed but thats still a definate 34 females.
Fence still isnt up so I havent took any pictures.
I have a 6ftr now aswell
Stay tuned.
