dont clone it unless you want to spend a lot of time watching for herms. The fem seed will not make stable clones. Part of the thing with fem seeds is you need to buy more. I recommend using genetically normal seeds! However knowing your plants are female is nice for SoG growing to make canopy. Og Kush is the kill and isn't easy to get a genetic pure strain. It also owns for breeding it makes f1 seeds. I'd flower your fem seeds and look into finding a pure seed. You have to sex which sucks, cloning for sex is a waste of time. By the time the clone takes and is sexed the mother it came from is showing its flower. With a pure seed you can clone for a year from one plant and be safe from a random herm.

Cloning will not cause feminized plants to hermie. I do it all the time.

I ordered a 5 pack of fem seeds from pickandmixseeds.co and over the last year or two I have been steadily cloning / growing / flowering from the orginal batch of seeds I ordered.

Yup, just keep a mother around to clone from and you're good to go.

Please explain how a clone from a mother that came from feminized seed is genetically any different from any other female? :?

Maybe you're confusing feminized with auto-flowering feminized?


A clone is simply a genetic copy of the plant you cloned from.
