Think I have over watered my girls!
I have really dried them over a week then watered them a little bit but the yellowing is still getting worse!!!

Now I’m not sure if I should water or not?

How long does it take for them to recover? Think it’s been nearly two weeks now.

I’m using root c 1ml – tere leaves 1ml in coco with a 400w light and a little fan on the bulb to cool. Also my water is 5.8ph but the soil reads 7 to 7.5 ph – but I’m not sure how good my ph tester is.

Any help would great!

its not the watering, its your nutes...are you using any? ONLY water when soil is dry.
over watering is usually resolved in less than a week

Peace

if you are using nutes, then make sure you check the PH of the water after your nutes are in......maybe the plant cant absorb them from to high of PH

hey, just my 2 cents but it looks like a PH problem.. I dont' think nutes are the issue as you would see more damaged leaves than just yellowing and droopy if this has been going on for a few weeks. Maybe cut back n the nutes a little and see if it helps, and definitely check the ph.. likely not out by much, again, looks pretty mild and make sure you aren't underwatering either as that can cause droopy leaves.
