I'm having a similar prob with my 4 week old budders. The lower fan leaves are yellowing.
With research I believe it is either lack of nitrate or sulfate (potash).
With the nutes Im using I dont believe its nitrate so I have bought some potash which apparently also gives weight to your yeild.
I'm very new to these additives so dont take this as gospel, but hope it helps.

In the middle to the end of the flowering stage, plants frequently show an "N" deficiency.
So plants use what nitrogen is left in the lower leaves.
Don't worry this is completely normal.

Not trying to hijack the thread but will this effect my yield and should I give it some N? It is in week 3 of flowering.

This is completely normal. What you cna do is add some veg nutes in the 4th week to give them a nitrogen boost. Plant may not take in N, but I do it anyways. I am on day 14 today and I have a few yellow leaves at bottom, I just pick them off (close to dead).

THIS IS NOT NORMAL!!!!! this is a common misconception that because flowering nutes commonly leave your girls N deficient in flowering its normal. try adding some N(grow formula) to your flowering mix. the yellowing will stop, you wont lose any leaves, and because you have more leaves to catch more light you get bigger buds.

STOP THIS FLOOD OF MISINFORMATION.

If the leaves are yellowing at the bottom of the plant and not the top its because the are not receiving enough light and the plants are choosing to abort them try cutting back topping or bending to promote even light distribution also side lighting might be a good idea LEd are perfect for supplemental side lighting cause the barely use elcitrictey and not heating wast If just your OLder fan leaves are yellowing through out the plant its a Mobile nutrient you can look up the defenceys from there if its younger leaves its a immobile if its both your fucked fucked you let it go to far flush and add a complete nutrient solution

agree 100%. I usually continue to use veg nutes up until halfway through flowering; lowering the dose of N and upping the P and K each time. Your plants are still growing and thus still require some nitrogen.

that happend to me a few times , the first time it passed after about a week usually never did much damage though

Really shouldnt be seeing any yellowing until last week or so of flower during flushing imo. Most common cause is changing the nutes over as soon as you start to flower.

Keep up with the veg nutes until the stretching phase has finished ( 2-3 weeks) into flower, then you can go nuts with flower nutes.

i dint know that.. well i went to home depot n got some blood meal im goin to use.. it's 12 percent nitro so im gonna see how that works..
can that be made into a TEA??

blood meal is not water suble and can not be made into a tea its a good thing to add while your mixing your own soil i usally add a cup of bone meal a half cuf of blood and a 1/4 of a cup of epson salt to about a wheelbarrow of soil
