There won't be any problems taking clones during preflowering stage.Just a quick question. I live in northern california and Im wondering if I can still take cuttings from some outdoor. They have hella preflowers so was wondering if the lights have switched. Thanks.
You can but I am having a hard time with them right now. They are taking a long time to root, 3 of the 4 have finally lost their preflower and showing a little new green. No roots showing out of the rockwool yet and it is two weeks. 1 has been under 24/0 for two weeks and is in full flower still so all I can say is good luck. Just have patience.Just a quick question. thanks for the tip on the oasis wedges, usually I just root in plain water and a drop of super thrive and run about 98 to 99%, most of the screw ups are my own fault.....lol. But I do lots of other rootings of all sort of plants I will certainly give it a try, thanks again. The clones I took last time from the outdoor seemed to take a bit longer than others. Theyre still in my tray after 16 days. Dude, if you have problems with rockwool, I would advise you to switch to oasis wedges. Those are so easy to use and its very rarely that one doesnt root. Shits amazing.
So I am in the clear to make a trip up to the caretakers orchard tomorrow. Arent they going to be showing flowers pretty soon? Have they gone into the photoperiod yet?
