Possible Issues?

I have what I thought was a very healthy young but big girl (pre flowering last month). However the area in which I live recently had a very cold and wet June 27 of 30 days rained and temps were in the low to mid 50's and 60's. the weather has since improved and upon inspection I am no longer seeing preflowers(not sure if they appear until actual flowering occurs) and the new leaves are in sets of 5 blades, rather than the 7 blades they were before. Any insight?

It's okay, that's just from not getting as much direct good sunlight. It'll start churning out fully developed leaves again when the light is back for a while. You shouldn't be worrying about preflowers, they'll be there in due time. It's a weed, they grow without our help.

Thanks, I was more worried with the pre-flowers no longer appearing.

Your plants are just going through a little reveg with the increase of light and temps. Don't worry your flowers will start to show again, it is still kind of early yet but anytime it will cycle in to flower.:joint::mrgreen:

crappy cell phone pick but here she is. but you can still notice how she is just 5 bladed on some leaves. Maybe she is just a superfreak.

she just went full on budding. I saw her from a distance today and thought she looked a little different. Upon closer inspection it was confirmed, while she is not the beasts often seen here on RIU she is formiddable for bagseed, will post pics when possible. Thank you everyone for your input I was a little worried there for a bit. If everything works out to plan I won't be buying grass this year.

here she is a week or so later, what do think about the camoflage? She is about 6 feet tall as well as the surrounding plants.

Lots of heads, you should get a good stash built up from her~ I've been growing in camo like that for a while, nobody notices a thing. Is she just a bagseed? Some of the best sativas I've ever grown were from seeds out of brick.

Yeah bagseed, does she look sativa to you, alot of the leaves lower on the plant were much fatter, I am hoping she is leaning more indica due to time constraints.

It looks mostly Sativa too me, even the plant structure leans more towards Sativa. Indicas aren't usually going to stretch like that, they like to make a more compact shape. Color is also lighter green, leaning towards Sativa, as Indicas are usually a darker color green. Younger, less mature leaves aren't really much of an indication of what you have, color is about all you can go by until they're mature.

I've got a long wait ahead of me then huh? closer to mid to late october?

PS, she was topped three times for height reasons that may have affected her stretching.

Don't worry, with a big Sativa outside, the yield will be worth the wait. Even with bagseed you should have half oz colas on the top of each of the heads atleast. The plant will tell you when it's ready to harvest so I can't really give you a time frame. Some Sativas can flower out in 8-9 weeks, others can take up to double that in some cases.
