Let me see you dog...(pet)

i had 2 that got to be about 4' long when i was younger, and they really are cool lil pets to have. have you ever showed it any X=mas lights? both mine would freak the hell out when they saw any fast moving lights.
i had a lil cop car about a foot long that had the red and blue strobes lights on top that both my savys would attack. they would pick it up with their mouth and shake it like a pit bull on a t-bone. it was like watching a godzilla movie on my living room floor.

Damn now I want one
Thats fuckin awesome!

Cool thread start. I love animals. :hump:

I have a small pit that I found abandoned in a park named "Bruiser" - that was the name on his collar. (they don't last long once trapped by animal control)
and a Cat named Alley.

(also a Tarantula and a fish tank)

That's not all...

I have others too that I don't have pics of. A blue, dumbo-eared rat, a stupid mouse (had 2 as breeders for the snake's food) and we have some fish.

This is my hairless rat when she was a bit younger, she's got absolutely no hair now. She is one of the smartest animals I've ever come across. She's learned tricks. She will walk on her hind legs, comes to her name, can roam the house on her own and comes when called and understands "no", is a total acrobat and she just rocks.

My rottweilers name is Baby and she is 3 1/2 and the beagles name is Mason and he is 2 1/2. They love to chase each other and bite each other. The beagle is actually pretty tough for his size.

]This is my one year old American Bulldog girl... she is dirty, but she is about 130lbs. 23 in neck.. she is getting big... Let me see your pet...So do you think of her???[

Nice bitch but you've taken the time to weigh her and take a neck measurement?????????? Why? are you a softy so you need a big dog,:hump:

That Rottie is badass. My brother has a 160 pound male, the most lovable uncoordinated beast but I love him. He will protect his family like a mother fucker. Great dogs

Here is my buddie.
4yr old, I save him when he was like 2-3 months old. This dude was going to put him down. (dick)
This dog is so smart and nice, he wouldn't even hurt a mouse
He just does what the voices in his head tells him to do.:blsmoke:

They're all individually housed. I have more. I keep them in 20g long tanks with undertank heat. They're leopard geckos of various color and pattern mutations. I'm a collector/breeder of reptiles. :)

The snake would eat the rats, but they aren't kept in the same rooms and never go near eachother.

And the ones with the eyelashes and stuff are Crested Geckos. They're awesome. Don't require extra heat other than house heat (75f) and high humidity. They jump and stick and stuff, such cool animals.

We had a couple leopard geckos in my 1st or 2nd grade class. They were pretty cool. In the same class there was a girl with a hairless rat and another rat that had babies. I ended up getting one of the 2 rats with hair from the litter.

Jaws about 8 months old

My friend had a Savannah Monitor Lizard about that size, it was mean as fuck and bit us all the time. Eventually he gave it to my dad, who then threw him out of a 7th story window after getting bit while drunk. Sad, but I don't like them things and who knows as tough as those things are, it may have lived. If it did live I say it's full grown and damn big.

What kind is that? The one he had was more yellowish.

So your friend didn't take the time to tame the lizard and it became aggressive and then your dad inherited the problems and killed it. I'm sure you turned out fine though.

LMAO @ the sarcasm... to answer your question though, yes my friend did not tame it or have the patience to tame it. His bad.

Yes my dad inherited the problem and was actually to the point where he held it often without incident. The windows were open while he picked it up and it latched onto his finger. He tried everything to pry his jaws apart and against better judgment (hence being drunk) he flung the thing till it came off and it broke the screen and flew out the window. He felt bad about it, but the way he told it...it was the lizard or his finger. Maybe the short of the story confused you into thinking animal cruelty, not the case.

As for me... I don't do too bad for myself. Beautiful family, good job and I'm free. What else could I want?! Monitors are exotic animals and very unique, but I won't ever own one, sue me.
