Leaves Twisted To The Side

This morning the leaves were fine, went down this afternoon, some leaves were twisted completely to the side, now almost all the leaves are twisted to the side. Why? Temps some get to 100, and in the same conditions now the temp is 90. I figured it got too hot, and raised the light a little bit, I'm going to wait and see what happens. The 400w MH conversion bulb is now about 1.1 ft away from the plant top. Is it Heat or maybe pH? No nutes added because it's in a rockwool that's transplanted into MG Potting Soil which feeds plants for 3 months.

Definately heat, you dont wanna go over 80-85 usually, and im pretty sure you want your 400w a foot and a half away from the plants

Thanks, yeah I lowered it alot from like a foot and a half but I guess I should raise it there again seeing as the plant got tall. I planted a new seed today but I'll just put it on top of somin to be closer to the light.

Your plants can recover if you get the temps down, then just cut off the leaves that die off

Yea I went down before they straightened out again, I also raised the light a bit more. It's not a foot and half away, its instead 1 foot 2 inches away. If temps tomorrow cause leaves to twist again, I'll raise it more.

In my experience leaves that turn sideways is normally humidity fluctuation. Some strains can handle high temps. Your issue is probably the combination of high temp and RH up and down.

I'm confused "RH"?, you mean pH right? Or do you mean rising humidity, it would make sense even though I have a dehumidifier in the basement, not in the same room but yeah, it runs on 4 hour intervals to keep humidity around 50. However in the area, humidity levels have been quite high.

Relative Humidity, how much water is in the air relative to the temperature, should be around 50%

Yes RH = relative humidity. You still having the problem? If you are sure your RH is consistent throughout the day then it's your high temps and this strain would prefer a cooler environment.
