Can these PH products be used for hydroponic applications.

I saw these products for sale the other day in the pool supply section of a department store. They are quite cheap and a bottle would last a very long time. Does anyone know if they would be safe and practical to use in hydroponics.

I've seen lots of growers use swimming pool supply and Aquarium Supply products for pH UP and pH Down and for pH tests kits too.
