HowardWCampbell,
Not sure where the thread is, it may be easer to re-explain more clearly.
The grow conditions were nominal all within expectable levels. Pretty standard setup, High lumen to volume HPS light, PH neutral about 7.0, commercial liquid Hydro nutrients, custom ebb and flow Hydro setup, on a 12 on 12 off light cycle, no light leaks.
The important thing is none of that is relevant to what I am saying because it was rued out as a factor. Why was it ruled out? Because other strains before and after in the same unit finish just as expected. By that I mean no genetic aberrations at all. You see if it were environmental other strains would show some kind of similar variations. Like not forming buds as well or staying in the vegetative state past 8 weeks. Again the freaks were showing no change after 20 weeks, and look like they would just keep growing forever. I think damage to the flowering hormone occurred during some testing by the breeder and they just sent them out anyway.
The other important thing is that conditions are controlled for this reason to determine what if any genetic variation occurs. The frequency, degree of the variation in what strains, etc.
I dont mean to hold back info and hope this satisfies your curiosity.
I feel the bigger question now is how the freaks are occurring and why some banks are sending them out wasting our time and money.
