I was reading through a similar competition on another site...and just so you guys know, they averaged about 1 - 2 grams a plant.

dude that pic is bullshit.. dont trim leafs or roots.. i can grab a lower branch off mine stick it in dirt and call it a plant it aint real

It had the documentation of that pic, the guy who grew it was part of the contest on that site! It shows he drying and weighing it, it came to 1 gram



EDIT: I removed the link. Point is, that shot earlier (w/ the orange lighter) is on that page, and later pics show it harvested at 1 gram.

thats crazy those only 1 to 2 grams? i would think you could get a good 8th or something

I wonder if you bred the resulting plants for several generations if you could come up with a minni indica or sativa strain. as opposed to rudialis. is that even possible?

my setup is just like sharpies but with no holes in my cups im usin bagseed in my own soil mixture and three cool blue 60w eq CFLs on a 24/0 for the first two weeks, I'll likely be using organic fert. unsulfered molasses, worm casting ect. i started the same time as the rest of you but did'nt know about the comp till the night before it started. I understand the whole you not wanting to extend the deadline if you keep doing that everyone on this site will end up on here. but i already have mine going so is it cool if i join in, if not its fine i'll still follow this i just wont post or something

I still don't know if my current setup, or my plan, is valid for the contest.

My cup has tiny holes, and I planned on making more holes to secure paperclips, and LST it. As for the time frame, I thought we were all going on with 12/12 after short (or no) veg time.

I think the strain would make a huge difference, like an autoflowering dwarf would do great in this situation. Is there anyone here who knows what strain they are using?
