its bending ur plants down so the shoots at ur nodes grow into vertical tops instead of nugs at the base of ur stalk... it creates an even canopy and allows the nugs at the bottem to see more light and mature.. look in my journal in my signature... theres a bunch pics from various stages in the growth.. this is what u want to create... make sure to do it atleast 2 weeks b4 folwering to allow the new shoots to grow vertical... jus do it as it grows as ull see i have done it multiple times to each branch... do it to ur whole crop and ull get what i have created in my garden... in my journal i have a link to a thread on super cropping.. its a very good 1

thats the link i have high lighted in my journal it may be easier to find there plus u can see how its suposed to be done for many ppl on genfrancos thread do it late like in flowering or at the tips of the braches rather then earlier in veg and near the bottem
