Thanks for all the comments...the LST is doing good...side branching everywhere. I am going to flower some time next week to keep them short and I know they are going to stretch like hell for a week or two and that when I am going to be doing most of my training...especially after I weed out the males.

Mine are growing very slow just like I predicted, they look like theyre going to stretch, fullu turn yellow and stop growing. But they are lightly discolored but growing very slow. Yours look fantastic.

There are a couple that are taking FOREVER to grow...they just keep on stretching...probably a more Sativa pheno since those take a bit longer to grow. I sure wish I could take some cuts...but I do not have the resources to keep clones/veg room.

Here they are about 8 days from the start of LST. The top middle is the power kush, rest are Jacks.

5 Weeks old, first day of 12/12

Full strength Grow Big and Big Bloom given today.

I started flowering today because I know the Jacks are going to stretch like crazy and I want to make sure I will have enough room in these pots so I wont have to transplant. They are starting to stink already...such a beautiful aroma...I have a carbon filter waiting to be installed in about two more weeks. Hopefully they will show sex soon and I get at least 2 females from the Jacks...the Power Kush which is in the middle left is a fem so no need to worry...so a minimum of 3 females is what I am looking for, then I can lower the cool tube about 4 inches from the canopy and blast them with lumens...I can't wait.

A couple of the Jacks are scrawny and are taking forever to veg, but hopefully they will fill out since I switched to 12/12.

Any comments/suggestions? I was going to veg them a bit longer but I don't want them to get out of control.

The cool tube is about 8 - 10 inches from the top. LST is going well...I kinda let nature take its course and the canopy has stayed pretty even...I am going to tie a few branches down soon.

Watering
I am following the Fox Farm feeding schedule...full strength Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom once a week. When I am not feeding them nutrients I just give them plain distilled water.

Jack Herer
A bit over a week since 12/12.

One Jack showed balls, another showed pistils. So far 5 total, 1 being female. Hopefully I get a couple more females.

Jack #3 is responding very well to the training...she is the female I spotted so far and she is very strong.


Power Kush
A bit over a week since 12/12.

She showed sex a couple of days ago...I kind of hint a nasty cat shit smell coming from her already...I'll be keeping track of the odor.

Spent about an hour today re-doing some LST. Look at all bud sites!

Jack #3 (fem) is the one in the middle on the bottom. Power Kush is in top middle.

So all males have been weeded out...I have two fem JH and one fem Power Kush. 3 plants under one 400 with LST should still give me good results/yield. Will post more details when I get back home.

Watering/Nutrients
Did full strength Tiger Bloom and the Power Kush did not like it, but the Jacks did...I am going to drop down to 1/2 strength for the Kush.

Going on three weeks flowering...the Jacks are taking their sweet time while the Power Kush is budding up very nice. I just did the last LST training a few minutes ago and I do not think I am going to continue unless the canopy goes uneven.

#3 had a few balls hidden...I had to discard him. One of the two females has a lot of bud sites, the other one is very lanky with not much side branching.

They look messy! I should of used bigger containers because these bitches stretched like crazyyyyyyyyy...you can see how much they stick out from the pots....but I knew this was going to happen with this strain.

you can really tell the difference between the 1 kush. It makes me wonder what jack x kush would do?

I usually take pics right after I perform training and they always looks kinda twisted...and they the Jacks are really long and viney...im guessing genetics.

My wife would KILL me lol...she doesnt want to begin crossing strains/making seeds until we move next year some time and get more space to have a full time veg/flower room. Power Jack does sound nice though :Weed:
