What is this?? I see no bugs...

I did pluck a big, fat moth off one of my seedlings that is affected. I don't see caterpillars though. I have been dipping the plants in an incecticidal soap solution, because of spider mites. Is this some new bug? Again I have searched and scoured the plants, don't se any critters. Is it nutes? Ph? It only affects some leaves and not others..wouldn't Ph or nutes affect the whole plant?

BTW, if you haven't noticed I am new, this is my 2nd attempt (after the 1st crop was spider mite food...)

Do you liek totally submerge the plant? I would try spraying it with a spray bottle...
