Can females have seeds?

Do you mean can a female 'self-pollinate'?

If you do, then yes. Occasionally a female will grow an odd male flower. It's a desperate attempt to reproduce, by any means. So yes, you might find a seed or two.

JESUS H.... What's with all the stupid questions tonight?

Female plants produce flowers (buds). The purpose of those flowers is to collect pollen (released by the male plants) and create SEEDS.

If a male pollinates a female plant, she will produce seeds.

You don't want seeds, because they are a pain in the ass to pick out of the bag =) and reduce the overall yield and potency of your crop.

To answer your question:

YES a female "can have" seeds, but only if a male is allowed to pollinate her (or she goes hermie and pollinates herself)

jesus you should have to pass a test to be a member here, i't's so annoying answering childish ignorant questions like this all day!

ONLY female plants make seeds!!!!!!!!!and ALL female plants make seeds!!!!! the only way to make a female not produce seeds is to kill all the males early on.

ugyuhghghghghghghghghghg!!!!!c'mon guys this is basic gardening here! how do you not know this stuff???

This is your answer right here. Just to add a bit.....If you have no males around and harvest your plant at the right time, you will not find any seeds. If you let it go tooooooo long, it might possibly do what the quote above stated. :bigjoint:
