Yeah, I haven't seen a HGH post in a while, and I just tried to swipe the bug I saw from the corner of my eye, crawling on my monitor. :lol:

Yeah, I have to admit I don't trust anything but strong chains holding the fixture. Nothing's happened, but I'm too paranoid about my lights falling like has happened to many others. I've still got the old chains in place, but the yo-yos are there so that I can raise the lights when I need to, and work great for that. It's been such a battle for me to raise them for maintenance or photos, that on many days I've put off something I planned on getting done.

We need ideas for a BubbleHead Contest!

We need a contest that anyone can win, and does not take over a week to compete in. Like maybe a written submission contest on a certain subject or topic???? like PH Control, or Temps, or Germination, etc

Or a photo contest, like who has the prettiest back of the head, longest hair, ugliest dog, etc

Or a joke contest, like the funniest way to get rid of an Ostrich or something like that???

Or a VOTE FOR contest.

But you got to display the BubbleHead logo and be an active member.

I have a $50 Gift Certificate to give away if the contest is good.

Any Ideas? Suggestions?

Idk if it is possible but mabey since we are the bubbleheads and strictly use bubbles you can have a contest for a diy airstone. I mean airstones are cheap but it would just be fun to see what people can make to produce major amounts of bubbles in a tank, either with or with out a pump and airstone:bigjoint:. Just an idea.

thats a good idea. You'd have to have a camera tho, to post pics.

Do it yourself airstone! I can see me blowing into a 1/4" airhose and then passing out from the back pressue! Wheeee! Take a trip and never leave the farm!

I hear ya!

I got tired of my wife telling me she had a headache so I bought me one of those inflatable dolls.
By the time I got that bitch blew up, I had a headache!

I slip an aspirin in her coffee so she won't bitch! So far it hasn't worked but it's the only thing I can think of! LOL!
