The only times I have had any delays, as in a longer than normal delivery time, there was always a combination of a weekend and a holiday, once two holidays between both the U.K. and the U.S. having one each while my order was in shipment and postal people and customs people do not work on holidays and Sundays.
　
In Attitudes FAQs it says; "99% of International orders usually deliver within 7 10 working days, but they can take up to 21 working days "
　
So 12 days might be longer than it normally takes for your orders from Attitude to arrive but it is not something to be all that concerned about.
　
Two things that many bean buyers do is count days and not working days. You cant count days that postal workers and customs people do not work. Also if something seems to be late in arriving many times people question the seedbank and wonder about them and their delivery.
　
If you received an email saying your order was shipped (and hopefully have a tracking number to use to confirm that) then any possible delays after that are not and cannot be the fault of any seedbank. Once in shipment the seedbank is out of the loop and it is all postal workers and customs people handling your order and its delivery.
　
I would not be concerned. Even if normally an order from Attitude might in your case arrive in 6 to 10 days depending on when you placed your order there could be any number of reasons for the longer delivery time in this case.
　
If someone places an order late enough on a Saturday nothing can be done until Monday morning so you cant count Sunday. In the U.S. we just had the Labor Day holiday so that would add a day if by chance your shipment were in route at the time. Other times other things can and will extend delivery time. Just try ordering beans around Christmas and see if they arrive as quickly as if you ordered them in August. On any given day or during any given week the volume of mail can rise and that slows everything down.

One tip about shipping. Pick the guaranteed delivery option, at least for higher dollar orders, so if by chance something happens that no one would ever wish for then you are not out a somewhat larger amount, like say $265.00.
