gsxr-1000 will hit 180 max maybe on a hayabusa but not a gsxr lol220mph GSX-R 1000. Cops didn't even bother to pull out. Turned the light on and saw me pass then turned them off.
It is true that the lines in the become solid.

Exactly.
Even a Busa needs lots of help help to hit 220.
If there is one category I want to come up on Final Jeopardy when the only way I can win is by wagering all my earnings; the only category I want to see is "Sportbikes." I live breathe and sleep them. The Busa I was riding stocked out @ 206 but I had a Power Commander III and some Yoshi RS-3 exhausts so It might have gone a bit faster
But yeah that GSXR-1000 must have had HELLA upgrades to hit 220... Theyre restricted to 186 now by a governor (My busa didnt have one)

Theoretically your busa could hit 206 with a unrestricted / TRE'd busa with stock gearing, with no wind resistance. But it wouldn't, wont, can't in real life. To get a stock busa to do 206 let alone 220 takes LOTS of work. I am not going to argue with you or AlwaysFubar - 200 is a difficult plateau to break through without EXTENSIVE modifications. Indicated speeds are different than actual speeds - theoretical speeds are different than reality.
