How Is My Sprout/Baby Coming?

Ok so this is their history. I'm in a hella sketch operation so i dont want to make anything to expensive or complicated just so if anything happens im not out like 500 bucks. I germinated my seeds with the paper towel trick. i planted them in unknown but healthy looking soil (from a garden not like my backyard or something) and they were planted 9/4/09. So its there 10 day anniversary. They sprouted into pitch black for 36 hours which i believe is why theyre so long and lengthy and like skinny. i got them on the roof but eventually winter/fall will make them kinda shitty so ill bring em in eventually. Aside from those slight disadvantages what do you think concidering how little ive put into them?

i did, although the other one was so stretch its stem fell over and like got owned... it still looked healthy, but the other one looked way healthier so i picked it

migth be a good idea to repot very carefully and level the soil i´d say about 3 inces from the top but keeping in mind that the roots have to have space also
