depends on how much space you have , are you doing 2 CFLs from start to finish?

i got 3 cfl's right now, if i can get another adapter i might add another bulb but this is a low budget grow for sure..i deff have to get another timer cause i'm turning off 1 of those lights manually. And my grow space is like 23in tall and 13and a half inches wide

if you can try to get 45w 6500K lights and 42w 2700K CFL lights

You might be able to plug a timer into the plug then plug a power bar into the timer

Yea I'm going to be a low budget grow my self to , gonna be upgrading my grow area when I have money left over to spare

So far so good and I'm glad to see the plant came around. I recomend you check out this thread and look at the box he built (cheap). First Grow, Using CFL's Also I would check out LST you can find out more about them on this thread Simply NORTHERN LIGHTS! 350watts CFL's. Good growin.

ha your grow so much like mine i got like 23 in height for space and i was turning one my lights of manually but now i got a timer with 2 outlets. so i think your saying your timer as 2 outlets to so you should get like 1 or 2 y splitters so you can have 2 bulbs on one plant then you wont have to manually turn off a light if you got 2 bulbs on 2 diff lamps thats pluged into a 2 outlet timer.

so I got a power bar with 4 timed outlets, so now i can plug both my lights in and the fan..a lot easier on me now. I got 1 26w 6500k light and 2 23w 6500k lights for a total of 75w lol will this be enough? And I see some yellow spots on some of the newer leaves, is it a ph problem again? I havent added any nutes in like a week..





I'm gonna top the plant soon, just have to make sure i know what im doing. And the plant is about 6 inches tall now

Shiit..I say to small for that....Anyway...I would vegg it a lil longer, like 2-3 weeks.i know that vegg little when using cfls, but the more bigger yhe more yield U get bro....

Ok its been 2 days since I fimmed my plant and I think i fucked up since theres NO new growth at all. Here are the pictures of the spot I cut..it looks like a little red stub...did I fuck up?
If someone could please help I would really appreciate it

Yo bro! Newbie grower here as well! I am def subscribed to this log! I wish you the best of luck! I started germinating some seeds last night and I'm going to pick up my CFLs tomorrow night. Im going to be doing the same grow as you, except ill be using a 3' x 3' x 4' box and will be applying the LST method so that I can get the most bud possible in such a small place. I'm saving up money though so I can build a pretty sweet grow box for some insane kush and just using my first few grows as an experience builder.

Can I ask though how long you planned on vegging and flowering?
