dwc help with set up please!!!

i am new to dwc i have the following items so far bought from walmart of course

1) tetra air pump 30-60 gallons
2) 1 airstone about a foot long
3) 1 tub container
4) air hose 25ft


what else do i need???

what size net pots should i buy for my plants do i need to keep changing net pots??? or will 1 net pot work for full groth??

rockwool cubes, hydroton rocks, 3 or 4 inxch grow cups.

how big can my palnt get in 4'' grow cups also how high does my water level need to be and how often should you turn your airpump on daily i understand the roots jut sit there in water i am trying to get all this stuff figured out can you break it down to dumb dumb terms for me start to finish??

I use 3 inch grow cups.

My tallest one so far was 46 inches, a Notrthern Light Indica.

are your cfl's 300w each i bout the ones from lowes they are like 2700k i have 2 of those lights with reflectors and 4 plants i am growing will that be fine also i am waiting for my mylar to come in shoul i stick with my white walls in the closet or use some tin foil for now?? hey was wondering how much yeild you get off each of your plants with a 3'' net pot???

Those bulbs are all 42, 65 and 85 watt, 60-40% 2700K and 6500K.

White walls work great as reflectors.
