For one plant:

Seedling/Vegetative cycle:
40W CFL or 100W MH or HPS HID

flowering:
100W CFL or 250W HPS HID

yes, not the best, but it should work

well i bought that exact light from that guy so hopefuly it will work ok! I wasnt expecting the bulbs to be so huge, you can see one of mine in my avvy

dude. i grew 2 kush plants with two 23 watt mini flouros. the spiral kind that plug into lamps. they grew great for 2 months in veg. I went to LOWES or HOME DEPOT and bought a 70 watt HPS for only 60 bucks,..and wow,..im flowering 2 girls now.

do you know how to hook up a 100w mh and hps, cause i have both but can't figure out how to get them to work, with minimal equipment. Any help on either will be much apreciated

i am just using a shop light that i got at wal mart for 7$ and two 4 foot florcent tubes for 5$ each

most likely need a balast, socket whih fits your bulb/s, and a reflector. you cannot work one without the ballast and socket and power cord but may be able to do without the reflector since it can be costly. do you only have the bulbs? might be cheaper to buy a pre-assembled kit
