drooping clone leaves. Overwatered??

i have a feeling my 2 day clones are overwatered. i took cutting from the bottem of my plant thats already flowering at the top. put them in peat pellets and in a dome. they looked great the first day.<da first 2 piks> then i left them outside all night under my corner light in there dome. the next morning they looked like the shrank and the leaves are drooping. its been four hours and still no change.
can anyone tell me wassup with dis? i havnt mist them yet and there inside under my 6500k light right now. and THIS IS MY FIRST TIME CLONING
Any help is appreciated. THANKX

Id say that the roots didn't take too well. The problem is, you left too many leaves on them, you're supposed to leave a maximum of 5 leaves per clone after cutting. The roots can't feed al those leaves.

Cut off some leaves and start foliar feeding, but don't add too many nutes. 1/5 concentration is more than enough.

I'm no cloning expert & failed at it up until recently, this is what I've learned from several people: The medium should be moist not dripping with water/solution, you need a minimal amount of leaves(1 set of fan leaves trimmed) below your top set of leaves, cut your tip at a 45 deg angle, lightly scrap off the top layer of skin/bark by your cut, & dip it into rooting hormone and put it into your medium. Clones do not require a tremendous amount of light, mist them a couple times a day.

Yellowing of the leaves is usually normal, unless the entire plant turns yellow & shrivels up and dies on ya.

a lil update thoe
i put them back outside lastnite under the light again, and wen i checKd dem this morning their back up lookn good.
turns out they NEED'd water. i didnt mist them yesterday. i thought that dey wer overwaterd.
but i will cut some leaves off. it makes sence.

what did you cut the fan leaves like that? you should have just cut a few of the fan leafs off not cut the fan leafs in half ... plus if they rejuvanated well why would you bother cutting leaves off at all? thats jsut going to stress the plant out

This man knows his shit... they are dropping cause they cant support that many leave IMO. here my first clone attempt

well is my first tyme doin this. and i took the advice. i think i prolly did stress them but ther still doin good. its ther sixth day and i put em in a bigger container since their third day. but i dnt see any roots yet. i hope i'll see some soon

aight herez an update to anyone view'n this...

out of the five. 2 show'd signs of root growth within the first 2 weeks. the other 3 no luck and died.
out of the 2. 1 was showing roots outside of the peat pellet, so i transplant'd into a cup. now in week 3. the other one, sad to say
i got lazy and kill'd it. no biggie thoe i jus want'd to see if the way i did it work'd and it did.
so now were in week 4 and u can see the new growth goin on with the clone. from the sides n the top. and its under 24 hr light.

herez a ques.
iz it aight if i put it out in the day then take it in at night n put it under CFLs?? i noe about keepn the bugs out of the grow room. jus wondering if

i'll be post'n up the pic of the clone in a lil bit.

I'm doing my first clone run, too. the half leaves are shown in lots of tuts. I did it just today.

how long before the roots might poke out of the grow cube?
